Students practice slide side kick against targets. Assistant National Instructor Frank checks trajectory of students leg.
Leg rotation
Students practice movements to increase their range of motion in hips, back and legs. The practice of these movements provides increased circulation to the sacroiliac joint and improves flexibility and strength to the mid body.
